The Alzheimer mattress is at a reduced height from the ground ensuring safety to the patient both when lying in bed and while getting into/out of the bed.
The reduced height also allows smaller patients to place their feet firmly on the ground before being helped to their feet by the operator, thus reducing the risk of falls and injuries.
