THE MOST ADVANCED BED FOR EFFECTIVE INFECTION CONTROL AND PREVENTION

The INSPIRE NEXT 9LI50 is the only bed equipped with removable siderails which helps hospital staff during cleaning and disinfection. The siderail removal system is patented. The siderails, head and foot boards and mattress platform are designed with reduced gaps and spaces to prevent trappping of the patient in conformity with CEI EN 60601-2-52 standards for hospital beds.

  • The four-section platform is made of moulded one-piece plastic sections which are removable, easy to clean and disinfect and have no sharp edges or corners.
  • Backrest and leg section movements are accompanied by auto-regression to reduce pressure on the abdomen and increase patient comfort.
  • Patented removable siderail system allows easy removal of the most contaminated part of the bed for essential cleaning.
  • Height adjustment, Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg controlled electrically.
  • Bed equipped as standard with an integrated long-lasting battery (10 complete cycles at full load, 82 hours at maximum absorption with a recharge time of 10 hours).
  • All the actuators are low voltage and have IPX6 protection degree.

INTEGRATED ANTIBACTERIAL PROTECTION SYSTEM 

Favero Health Projects products treated with antibacterial protection are designed to inhibit the growth of bacteria which is potentially harmful for health.

 

As the additives are distributed evenly in the structure of the components of the bed, this technology allows for extensive infection control across all of the product including hard to reach areas and those that come into contact with patients and hospital staff the most often. Favero health projects offer a further level of protection against the growth of germs and provide added value to the usual high quality standards so as to be always at the forefront of modern construction and technology.

 

THE PATENTED, REMOVABLE SIDERAIL REPRESENTS GENUINE INNOVATION IN THE HOSPITAL BED MARKET.

Through research and analysis we have discovered which furniture surfaces are most frequently touched within the hospital environment and these are the sides of beds, and mattresses and then dinner trays and trolleys used for treating patients.

 

Based on analysis of this data we recognised the need to offer furniture with removable siderails as well as removable headboard, footboard (shoulders) and sections of the bed base. This means we are the only company on the market offering removable siderails for hospital beds.

 

REMOVABLE MOULDED COMPONENTS

All the moulded plastic components (siderails, bed base slats, headboard and footboard) can be easily removed to enable operators to sanitize them quickly and extremely effectively.

TANGIBLE SOLUTIONS DESIGNED FOR INFECTION CONTROL.

The platform on the bed is moulded from recycled polyethylene by blow-moulding tecnology.

The one-piece mattress platform is moulded from robust, recyclable pe with no sharp edges. Built in mattress retainers provide even greater safety and prevent the mattress from sliping while transferring a patient, thus avoiding the risk of a fall.  7 Reduced-size mattress support slats firmly attached to the frame and easy to remove for disinfection.

 

GREAT FLEXIBILITY OF MOBILIZATION

SITTING POSITION

It is possible to easily bring the patient up into a sitting position by pressing a single button. This reduces complications caused by immobility, cuts down on hospitalization times and ensures patient wellbeing.

A comfortable sitting position can help improve postural lung drainage, increase lung capacity or provide relief if a patient feels ill.
