Human centered design for heathcare innovation

Attention and commitment to issues related to Sustainability have always been essential values for Favero Health Projects, so much so that they have become constituent elements of its strategy and development model.

This commitment is reflected in the path undertaken to report on the impact of our activities on the environment that surrounds us, the territory in which we operate and the people with whom we collaborate.

Indeed, through the Sustainability Report we want to tell our Stakeholders in a transparent way, not only about the impact of our daily operations, but also about the actions and improvement goals of our business model.

 

Sustainable healthcare.

In the healthcare sector, man, both as patient than as operator, is always at the centre of the design process.

All companies in Favero Health Projects Group always research the continuous improvement by adopting a corporate policy aimed at sustainability, which turns to attention to the environment, to the territory and to the social composition surrounded us. An important commitment which is giving its evident results.

The company was included among the 150 Italian companies Sustainability Leaders 2021, 2022 and 2023, a list compiled by Statista and published in Il Sole 24 Ore, the result of the analysis of environmental, social and governance sustainability indicators of more than 1,200 companies, (click here to see the full list), as well as in the TOP100, for the year 2021 and 2022, of sustainable companies in Italy published in Forbes, a ranking promoted by Credit Suisse and KON in collaboration with ALTIS - Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (see here).


 

 

Green logistics healthcare.

Since 2020, the Favero Health Projects Group has been committed to reducing the environmental impact generated by its activities. A specific commitment has been implemented to optimize logistics flows, which alone represent one of the largest indirect sources of CO2 emissions.

To achieve these objectives, different partnerships have been developed with local suppliers; several production chains and plastic moulding processes have been shifted from foreign (European and non-European) to local producers. Particular attention has been paid to the choice of company vehicles with a lower environmental impact and  less polluting fuels.

Eco-friendly products healthcare.

A key innovation for Favero Health Projects SpA in 2022-2023 period is the introduction of Artificial Intelligence into products through sustainable electronics.

The use of eco-friendly components and the integration of smart software guarantee the design of highly technological products oriented towards biocompatibility and sustainability criteria.

The Group commitment has focussed in product choices environmental friendly:
